Complaints

The Manchester Unity Credit Union has in place a procedure for dealing with complaints.

You must try to resolve the complaint with the Credit Union.

If you have a complaint you cannot resolve with the Credit Union you can take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service - details are available from :
